Refund policy
At Fluid, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any issue with your order or wish to return a product, here’s how it works:
Electronic Payments

Refunds are processed back to the same card used for payment.

Requests are accepted within 90 days from the transaction date.

Once approved, funds appear in your account within 7 – 14 business days (depending on your bank).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments

For COD orders, refunds can be provided in cash, or via bank transfer / mobile wallet, as preferred.

Products must be returned first in their original condition before processing the refund.

COD refunds are processed within 2 – 5 business days after receiving and checking the returned product.
Returns & Exchanges

Products must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and accessories.

Skincare or opened/used products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or faulty product.
