Refund policy

At Fluid, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any issue with your order or wish to return a product, here’s how it works:

 Electronic Payments

  • Refunds are processed back to the same card used for payment.

  • Requests are accepted within 90 days from the transaction date.

  • Once approved, funds appear in your account within 7 – 14 business days (depending on your bank).

 Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments

  • For COD orders, refunds can be provided in cash, or via bank transfer / mobile wallet, as preferred.

  • Products must be returned first in their original condition before processing the refund.

  • COD refunds are processed within 2 – 5 business days after receiving and checking the returned product.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and accessories.

  • Skincare or opened/used products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or faulty product.
